The W3C launched their new website on 13 October - with a much better GUI.
On the W3C schools website, I also noticed that they include browser support (the icons make it easy to read), as well as explaining the difference between HTML and XHTML. I've only just noticed this, so not sure if it's a new feature or not - but it is helpful.
